Employment Law Practice Group leader Mike Delikat spoke with the Wall Street Journal’s Risk & Compliance Journal about a recent Fifth Circuit ruling involving anti-retaliation provisions in the Dodd-Frank Act.
Delikat commented that “if this decision [in Khaled Asadi v. G.E. Energy (USA)] is followed by other circuit courts of appeal, corporations could see less litigation from individuals who internally reported suspected wrongdoing and then claimed protection under Dodd-Frank's retaliation provisions.”
