As a member of the firm's Practice Innovation team, Lisa leverages her transactional and knowledge management experience to help Orrick attorneys optimize client service delivery on a variety of matters, including securities offerings, public company reporting, securities law compliance, and corporate governance matters. She supports firm efforts to increase efficiencies across practice groups, connecting Orrick attorneys with teams, tools and resources to support their work, with a focus on thought leadership, practice innovation, and process improvement.
Her efforts have contributed to Orrick being named among the Top 10 Most Innovative Law Firms Globally of the past 20 years by Financial Times.
