Livia Pedroni, Partner based in Milan, counsels high-growth technology companies and investors on complex, multi-faceted, local and cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions.

With a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the technology and innovation market, Livia regularly advises early and late-stage companies on both single and multi-tranche investment rounds, secondaries, bridge financings, LBOs, buyouts and other types of exits, mergers, and corporate reorganisations. She has worked with innovative companies such as Safety21, BuddyFit, Wallife, brumbrum and Wash Out from their inception. She also advised many of the key venture capital and private equity investors in the market including Blacksheep, Nextalia, United Ventures and Alven Capital.

Alongside her focus on technologies, she has acquired specific expertise in the healthcare sector by working alongside Cerba Healthcare, a world-leading group in the laboratory analysis sector, since its entry onto the national scene until consolidating its leadership position in Italy through M&A transactions.

Livia is part of the Italian technology team that have been awarded “Legal Community under 40 Start-up Team of the Year” for the last two years.
