Julien helps clients buy and sell businesses as well as advise startups on building their business from formation through exit. He counsels a wide range of companies involved in M&A and investment activity, including public corporations, private equity portfolio companies and tech startups.
Julien advises clients on M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side representations, private equity acquisitions and domestic and cross-border transactions. Julien also works with growth-stage companies as general outside counsel including raising seed capital, venture financings and negotiating commercial agreements. He has a broad range of corporate experience including company counsel to public companies, private equity acquisitions, preferred stock financings, mergers, joint ventures and commercial contract drafting.
