Ledah represents public and private companies and private equity funds in a variety of complex corporate transactions and general corporate matters.

Ledah's practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, carve-outs and strategic investments. Ledah also counsels clients on corporate governance.

Ledah began her career in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

- Permira Funds in the $2.2 billion sale of its portfolio company DiversiTech to Partners Group.*
- The Blackstone Group in the sale of Exeter Finance to an investor group led by Warburg Pincus.*
- AE Industrial Partners in the acquisition of an aerospace MRO services platform, including an investment in Air Transport Components.*
- Hidden Harbor Capital Partners in strategic investments in Alabama-based architectural firms: (i) Lathan Associates, (ii) McKee & Associates Architects, and (iii) Barganier Davis Williams Architects Associated.*
- Comvest Partners in the recapitalization of Bland Landscaping.*
- CenterGate Capital Partners in its strategic investment in JRTech Solutions.*
- Graycliff Partners LP in its investment in Hillsboro Aero Academy, and Republic Electric Company LLC (its portfolio company) in the acquisition of T.F. Ehrhart Company.*
- Keensight Capital and its portfolio company Pixid Group in the acquisition of VectorVMS.*
- Trivest Partners and its portfolio company Thermal Concepts in the acquisition of 5 Seasons Mechanical.*
- OceanSound Partners and its portfolio company Netrix in the acquisition of BTB Group, LLC.*
Strategic M&A:
- Spotify Technology S.A. in (i) the sale of Playaway Products to Penguin Random House Audio and (ii) the acquisition of Sonantic Limited.*
- Shopify Inc. in the sale of (i) 6 River Systems, LLC to Ocado Group and (ii) Shopify Logistics to Flexport.*
- Squarespace Inc. in its $400 million acquisition of Tock, Inc.*
- Mayne Pharma Group Limited in the $475 million sale of Metrics Contract Services to Catalent, Inc.*
- Danaher Corporation in the acquisition of Sedaru Inc. by its subsidiary Aquatic Informatica.*
