Ledah represents public and private companies and private equity funds in a variety of complex corporate transactions and general corporate matters.

Ledah's practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, carve-outs and strategic investments. Ledah also counsels clients on corporate governance.

Ledah began her career in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

    • Comvest Partners in the recapitalization of Bland Landscaping.*
    • CenterGate Capital Partners in its strategic investment in JRTech Solutions.*
    • Graycliff Partners LP in its investment in Hillsboro Aero Academy, and Republic Electric Company LLC (its portfolio company) in the acquisition of T.F. Ehrhart Company.*
    • Keensight Capital and its portfolio company Pixid Group in the acquisition of VectorVMS.*
    • Trivest Partners and its portfolio company Thermal Concepts in the acquisition of 5 Seasons Mechanical.*
