Orrick represented Mina Foundation and its GC, Joon Kim, in their part of the Mina Protocol ecosystem raise, which in total, raised $92 million. The Mina Ecosystem is a collective involving several groups behind Mina, a privacy-focused layer 1 protocol that leverages zero-knowledge proof technology. The funds raised through the token sale will be used to attract more software developers.
The team was led by Tech Transactions partner Daniel Forester and Technology Companies Group partner Joseph Perkins and included M&A and Private Equity senior associate Max Hyatt.
