Orrick Adds Debt Finance Advisor in Washington, D.C.

• Adam Ross joins the firm as a partner to advise borrowers, lenders and financial sponsors in the debt financing aspects of M&A, PE and VC transactions.
  
• He is the 22nd partner Orrick has added in 2021 to build out a holistic offering for strategic transactions and day-to-day company matters.
  
• Adam joins Orrick from Fried Frank.

Adam advises private equity sponsors, lenders and public and private companies. He brings significant experience, borrower and lender side, in acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and restructurings.
