Deutsch: Orrick berät Kennet Partners und die Gründer beim Verkauf von HYPE Innovation an Main Capital
Orrick advised private equity investor Kennet Partners and the two founders of HYPE Softwaretechnik GmbH (known as HYPE Innovation) on the sale of Kennet Partners' majority stake in the company to Dutch private equity investor Main Capital Partners. The two founders remain shareholders and managing directors of the company.
HYPE Innovation is one of the world's leading manufacturers of software for idea and innovation management. Founded in 2001 as a spin-off of DaimlerChrysler, the company has five branches worldwide and focuses on supporting customers in their digital transformation.
Kennet Partners and the two founders were advised by an Orrick team led by Munich-based M&A and Private Equity partner Christoph Brenner, who regularly works alongside Kennet Partners on various investments. The team also included partners Stefan Schultes-Schnitzlein (Tax, Düsseldorf), Christine Kaniak (Finance, Munich) and André Zimmermann (Employment, Düsseldorf), and associates Adrian Dengler, Bernhard Schmaderer and Karl Ehrenberg (all M&A and Private Equity, Munich).
