Sonia Valdez has spent her career representing technology companies in high stakes intellectual property and business litigation.  

Sonia has successfully represented clients before state, federal, and appellate courts, and has experience with arbitration, mediation, and confidential dispute resolution before the National Advertising Board. 

In addition to her work as a litigator, Sonia counsels companies ranging from market leaders to start-ups on intellectual property matters.  She is also actively engaged in pro bono matters and leads the Silicon Valley Office's Lean In initiative.
