Dr. Wilhelm Nolting-Hauff is co-managing partner of Orrick's German offices and member of the M&A and Private Equity Practice Group. His advice focuses mainly on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures and strategic alliances as well as corporate formations and general corporate counseling.

Following his partnership at Hölters & Elsing since 1997, Wilhelm is a partner at Orrick since 2008. Since 2003, Wilhelm acts as university lecturer at the post-graduate “M&A Study Program” of the University of Münster.
