​Congratulations to restructuring partner Marc Levinson, who has been named to the Daily Journal's 2013 Top 20 Municipal Lawyers list. This annual list, which has recognized Mr. Levinson every year since its inception in 2011, spotlights the unsung legal heroes who help guide local governments and play a central role in making and fighting decisions that have tangible effects on the lives of Californians. The Daily Journal selected Mr. Levinson for his ongoing chapter 9 representation of Stockton, California, the largest California city to file a bankruptcy case.
