We advised the founder and majority shareholder of French network and cloud services operator Jaguar Network on the formation of a strategic partnership with telecommunications provider Iliad to provide telecoms services and infrastructure for businesses in France. As part of the transaction, Iliad acquired a majority stake in Jaguar Network from the founder and Naxicap Investment Funds. Jaguar Network founder and CEO Kevin Polizzi retains a 25% stake in the company.
