Orrick’s Latin America Team Represents Nearsoft in Cross-Border Technology M&A Deal

Orrick has advised leading nearshore product engineering service provider Nearsoft, Inc. in the sale of the company to Indecomm Global Services. Nearsoft is based in San Jose, California, with development centers in Hermosillo, Mexico City and Chihuahua. Indecomm is a leading Digital Engineering and Engagement Services company. The acquisition of Nearsoft builds on Indecomm’s presence in Costa Rica and is part of Indecomm’s plan to expand its geographic presence in Latin America.
