Orrick advised Findos, an independent mid-market private equity fund based in Munich, together with other shareholders in the sale of ABIT Europe Group headquartered in Meerbusch, Germany, to private equity firm Marlin Equity Partners.
ABIT Europe Group, consisting of Meerbusch, Germany, headquartered ABIT GmbH and Nieuwegein, Netherlands, headquartered EuroSystems Group is a leading software and consulting company for intelligent processing and receivables management (ABIT GmbH) and a specialized supplier of credit management software solutions (EuroSystems).
Findos has already been advised by Orrick on the 2011 acquisition of ABIT GmbH and the 2016 add-on acquisition of EuroSystems Group.
