Jonas Robison


Jonas Robison, an associate in the New York office, is a member of the Corporate Group. His practice focuses on capital markets, private investment funds, derivatives, including the requirements under the Dodd-Frank Act, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Robison was a seconded corporate attorney at Luxottica Group before joining Orrick as an associate, and he worked at the Federal Reserve Board before law school. He was a summer associate in the firm's New York office in 2009.
