Joanna Pak is a partner in the New York office and a member of the M&A and Private Equity Group.
Joanna counsels public and private companies and investment funds in strategic domestic and cross-border transactions as well as general corporate matters.
Drawing on sophisticated industry experience, Joanna regularly advises clients on complex mergers and acquisitions, including strategic combinations, management buyouts, take-privates, exits and multi-jurisdictional deals in technology, artificial intelligence, renewable energy, finance and healthcare.
Joanna maintains an active pro bono practice, representing non-profit organizations focused on advancing access to technology in historically underserved communities.
