Joanna Pak is a Senior Associate in the New York office and a member of the M&A and Private Equity Group.

Joanna advises public and private companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions across a range of industries, including the technology, artificial intelligence, renewable energy, financial and healthcare industries.

Prior to joining Orrick, Joanna was a corporate associate in the New York office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.

    • K5 Global in the $2.25 billion acquisition of HistoSonics.
