Orrick has advised Jomoo Group on the acquisition of the operating business and major assets of Poggenpohl Möbelwerke GmbH, a German premium and luxury kitchen manufacturer.
Jomoo Group is 100% privately owned with headquarter located in Nan’an of Fujian Province, China. With a total workforce of 14,500 and annual sales volume reaching 1.7 billion Euro, Jomoo Group is regarded as leader in its home market for sanitary fittings, ceramics and kitchens.
Founded in 1892 in Germany, Poggenpohl is the oldest kitchen brand in the world and one of the leading international brand names in kitchen design, known in more than 70 countries worldwide for its role as pioneer in the world of kitchen making.
