Ken Rasamny is a seasoned fund formation lawyer with deep experience in the investment management industry.

With almost two decades of fund formation and investment management experience, Ken advises sponsors and institutional investors across the full fund lifecycle, from structuring and governance to fundraising, operations, regulatory compliance and investor negotiations.
