Katherine is an associate in Orrick's Compensation and Benefits Group, based in the Santa Monica office.

Katherine advises private and public companies at every stage of growth and individual executives on the full range of compensation and benefits matters that come up in day-to-day operations and corporate transactions. 

Katherine regularly counsels companies on the design, implementation and administration of equity, incentive, change in control, retention, severance, employment and non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements, with a particular focus on Code Sections 409A and 280G and Rule 701.
