Stephanie advises on high stakes regulatory and transactional matters across the nuclear and energy sectors.

Leveraging federal government experience and a technical background in nuclear engineering, she counsels clients on complex licensing, compliance, and investments driving next-generation energy infrastructure.

Her practice encompasses the full range of nuclear regulatory matters before the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), guiding clients through licensing, compliance, enforcement, policy, and transactional issues at every stage of the project lifecycle. She advises across the full spectrum of nuclear technologies, from the existing nuclear fleet to advanced reactors and fusion facilities and plays a key role in structuring and diligence for nuclear-related transactions. She also counsels clients on energy efficiency, renewable energy and natural gas matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), with a particular focus on grid reliability, resilience, and security in an evolving energy landscape.

Before entering private practice, Stephanie worked for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency at the Department of Defense managing international nuclear security contracts and previously served as an analyst with the Central Intelligence Agency. She also clerked for the NRC’s Atomic Safety & Licensing Board Panel.
