Stark Power Ltd. announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Sagebrush Infrastructure Partners, LLC (“SAGE”), a premier developer of hyperscale data centers and co-located natural gas fired power plants.

Stark Power is a power-first infrastructure company operating at the intersection of electricity generation, energy storage, and data-center development in the United States.
SAGE was formed by energy market and real estate development experts to bring high-quality powered land and energy assets to market across the U.S., delivering projects in partnership with land owners and investors.
