Orrick advised Hueck Industrie Holding KG as the sole shareholder of Hueck Group on the sale of all shares to the Norwegian aluminum and energy group Norsk Hydro.
Hueck Group, headquartered in Lüdenscheid, North Rhine-Westphalia, is one of Europe's leading suppliers of aluminum profiles for window, door and facade systems, as well as for the processing industry, and employs over 500 people.
Closing of the transaction is subject to the approval of the competition authorities in Germany and Austria.
Hueck Industrie Holding KG was advised by an Orrick team led by Düsseldorf-based corporate partner Wilhelm Nolting-Hauff and further included Lars Mesenbrink, Alessandro Saitta and Julia Fabian.
