Congratulations to our client TransferGo on its $50 million Series C financing round, led by new investors Elbrus Capital and Black River Ventures. TransferGo is a global money transfer company covering payments to over 160 countries around the world particularly supporting migrant workers as they send money back to their relatives without paying unnecessary bank fees.
The Orrick team advising TransferGo was led by Jamie Moore and Chris Grew with support from Chris Perry, Nick Hayes, Kirstie Parr, Rachel Conder and Tom Allen. Orrick has advised TransferGo since 2016 on various matters, including its Series A and Series B financing rounds.
