- Thermal Power Development. We advise developers and lenders on Build-Operate-Transfer and new generation thermal power projects across Vietnam, including landmark developments for major regional sponsors. Our team also has extensive experience with LNG-to-power developments.
- Renewable Energy & Energy Transition. Developers, sponsors, lenders and MDBs turn to us for renewable power projects across Vietnam. Our team advised on the first large-scale international project finance transaction for a renewables project in Vietnam -- the 50MW solar facility in Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Zone – and has advised on wind farm portfolios, rooftop and utility solar, biomass and hydropower project financings, developments and M&A.
- Petrochemicals & Industrial Infrastructure. We counsel sponsors and developers on world-scale petrochemical complexes, including the Long Son Petrochemicals project in Vung Tau province, and industrial facilities across Vietnam.
- Project Finance & Restructuring. Multilateral development banks, export credit agencies, commercial lenders and sponsors rely on us for structured financings across power, LNG, petrochemicals, infrastructure and telecommunications, including complex restructurings.
- Regulatory & Market Advisory. We’ve advised international institutions on bankability studies for thermal and renewable power development, including analysis of power sector laws, template PPAs and regulatory frameworks in Vietnam.
