His practice includes structuring and organizing onshore and offshore funds, master/feeder funds and other investment vehicles, as well as developing, negotiating and documenting a wide variety of financial products. Gregg also provides strategic counsel with respect to compliance with the Investment Company Act, the Investment Advisers Act, the Securities Act of 1933, and other federal and state securities and commodities laws and regulations.
