Orrick Adds Debt Finance Rising Star to Energy & Infrastructure Team in New York

• Jared Joyce-Schleimer advises sponsors and lenders on financing matters in major energy and infrastructure projects.
• He follows the arrivals of energy finance advisors Jeff Kayes and Adam Griffin from Baker Botts in April, as Orrick shores up the finance arm of our leading power, renewables and infrastructure practice which ranked No. 3 globally (Inframation).
• Jared joins Orrick from Kirkland & Ellis.

Jared represents lenders and sponsors in complex financings, including restructurings, related to power, infrastructure and renewable financing transactions. He has experience in direct lending and climate change mitigation projects as well.

Jared has worked on matters touching Asia, EMEA and Latin America, and has also assisted countries across those regions in bringing sustainable projects to market through his pro bono practice.
