Orrick advised Coatue Management on its investment in the $900 million Series E financing round of fintech company N26, valuing the company at more than $9 billion. This is the largest-ever funding round for a digital bank in Europe. Co-led by Coatue and Third Point Ventures, the round included Dragoneer Investment Group, as well as N26’s existing investors.
