Congratulations to our client Ubiquity6, a San Francisco based developer of an augmented reality platform intended to unlock new ways for people to interact and imagine in their shared spaces, in its acquisition by Discord, a San Francisco based developer of an instant messaging and digital distribution platform designed to offer VoIP and texting services among friends or as part of gaming communities.
