Orrick Advises Strapi on Series A Financing Round

Orrick has advised Paris-based Strapi, an open-source “headless” content management system, on its $10 million Series A funding round. Led by Index Ventures, angel investors and open-source experts are also participating in the round, including Augusto Marietti and Marco Palladino, respectively CEO and CTO of Kong, David Cramer, co-founder and CTO of Sentry, and Florian Douetteau, co-founder and CEO of Dataiku.

Strapi enables companies to efficiently manage the distribution of its content from a single source and personalize the message for different communication channels, including websites, web and mobile applications, and connected objects.

The Orrick team advising Strapi was led by Benjamin Cichostepski and Josh Pollick and included Gabriel Weiner and Rena Kakon.
