Orrick has advised London-based fresh dog food delivery brand Butternut Box on its Series C financing round which comprised a strategic investment from L Catterton Europe. White Star Capital and Five Seasons Ventures also participated in the round. The exact terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Butternut Box intends to use the funds for operational enhancements, as well as its growth and diversification in existing and new channels.
Orrick has advised Butternut Box since its seed round. The Orrick team advising Butternut Box on this investment includes Chris Grew, Jamie Moore, Stephen Tallon, Anna O'Kelly, Alex Sobolev and Charlotte Oliver.
