Kevin Hale Recognized as LA County Volunteer of the Year

June.14.2012

The County of Los Angeles has recognized the significant pro bono contributions of Los Angeles public finance of counsel Kevin Hale by naming him Volunteer of the Year.

For the past several years, Kevin has worked closely with the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Domestic Violence Project, providing many hours of pro bono work to assist people in the court setting. The program has been helping domestic violence victims navigate the complex judicial maze of the court system, providing volunteers who offer one-on-one legal assistance for the preparation of documents to file for a Temporary Restraining Order.

The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors recently honored Kevin and acknowledged his extensive efforts with the Domestic Violence Project at a formal luncheon held in recognition of the County's leading volunteers.
