Dianne Loennig Stoddard is counsel in the Washington, D.C., office and a member of the Structured Finance Group. She has extensive experience in complex financings nationwide.
Her practice primarily involves structured finance and the securitization of credit card and trade receivables. She also has extensive experience in public offerings and private placements of debt securities for state and local governments and nonprofit health-care providers. She has a broad range of knowledge in the representation of issuers, underwriters and guarantors.
