Orrick is advising Pires Investments plc (LON: PIRI) in connection with a recommend all share offer for its entire issued and to be issued share capital by Tern plc (LON: TERN). The offer, which was announced on 1 June 2022, values the combined group at approximately £69.5 million, assuming completion of the acquisition.
Pires and Tern are both AIM-quoted investment businesses focussing on high-potential companies developing disruptive technologies in the artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, internet of things, cryptocurrency and digital assets spaces.
