Congratulations to Orrick associate Kelly Newsome for being named to the National Bar Association’s 2022-23 “Top 40 under 40 – Nation’s Best Advocates.”
The organization recognizes the top lawyers under 40 “who exemplify a broad range of high achievement, including in innovation, vision, leadership and community involvement.”
Kelly, a member of Orrick’s white collar and investigations practice, has been instrumental in the firm’s diversity and inclusion initiatives, including the establishment of the Racial Justice Fellowship program.
This is the second year in a row an Orrick lawyer made the NBA’s top under 40 list – former associate Tiffany Wright was recognized last year.
