December.19.2019

Orrick advised LBO France, a leading independent private equity firm, in the acquisition of the Grand Angle building in Saint-Denis from Tristan Capital Partners.

Offering approximately 17,000 sqm of offices, this building is located in a strategic neighborhood next to the future Saint-Denis Pleyel station, a flagship infrastructure piece of the Grand Paris development project that will connect four metro lines, an RER line and generate a daily traffic of nearly 250,000 passengers. The neighborhood benefits from an innovative urban project focused on environment, mobility and cultural and sports facilities.

The Orrick team advising LBO France was composed of partner Patrick Tardivy and associate Lara Donnedieu de Vabres.

LBO France was also assisted by the law firms Kramer Levin and Sekri Valentin Zerouk and the notary firm Monassier & Associés.
