Our Public Finance team has long-standing relationships with Texas state and local governmental entities, nonprofit organizations, private entities, financial institutions, developers and other public finance market participants. We act for many of the top issuers in the state – the Texas Department of Transportation, the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, The University of Texas System, the Texas A&M University System, the Texas Water Development Board, the Texas Public Finance Authority, Austin Transit Partners, the Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the Travis County HealthCare District, Travis County, Hays County, Austin Independent School District, and many other cities, school districts and political subdivisions – and the most active underwriters in the market.
