Special Counsel Betsy Popken, in advance of today’s recognition of Human Rights Day, has published this article in Chief Executive magazine outlining how 2020 has raised the stakes for business leaders to address human rights issues as part of the overall strategic vision for companies.
In the article, Betsy, co-leader of Orrick’s Business & Human Rights Practice, provides a roadmap for businesses to consider as they navigate human rights challenges globally, from sustainability and social unrest to protecting supply chains.
