Michelle Visser, a partner in Orrick’s Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group, will be a speaker at the “Don’t Check Your Privilege: Keep Forensic Reports Privileged & Confidential” panel at IAPP’s Privacy Security Risk 2021 Conference. Michelle together with the other panelists will discuss how to structure a forensics investigation and craft report language to preserve confidentiality as well as the best ways to handle internal and external communications and minimize the risk of waiver. They will also address the latest recommendations with regard to two-track investigations and joint defense agreements.
