Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe invites in-house counsel and executives to attend this complimentary one-day seminar, which will discuss the latest global trends and developments in intellectual property, antitrust, and investments in start-ups and joint ventures, with practical advice for Taiwanese companies.  Leading practitioners in the U.S., Europe, and Asia will take an interdisciplinary and multijurisdictional approach to discussing legal issues that implicate licensing, SEP enforcement, artificial intelligence, and other rapidly developing areas where the law intersects with technology.

The morning program will cover the following topics:
