Dr. Michael Gläsner advises on M&A, private equity, venture capital and corporate law.

He advises clients on complex cross-border M&A transactions, private equity and corporate law. Furthermore, he has a particular focus on venture capital and advises start-ups and their investors during financing rounds and beyond.

    • Advising the founders of an online retailer on the sale to a German provider of high-quality upholstered and box-spring beds*;
    • Advising the shareholders of a Karlsruhe-based translation software company on its acquisition by an American software company*;
    • Advising a Chinese company on the acquisition of the hydrogen technology business of a Mannheim-based construction and services group*;
    • Advising a British investment company on the sale of a Hamburg shipyard to a Bremen-based family business*;
    • Advising a Berlin e-commerce group and its founder and CEO on the sale of a minority stake to an American private equity house*;
    • Advising a Hamburg-based hydrogen company on the receipt of growth capital from London-based private equity investors*;
    • Advising a German aviation company on a three-digit million Series E financing round*;
    • Advising a venture capital investor on an investment into a three-digit million financing round of a Berlin FinTech-company*.
