Tiantian is an associate in Orrick's Technology Transactions Group.
Tiantian has experience drafting commercial, licensing and other intellectual property and technology agreements. She represents clients at all stages of their life cycles and in a variety of technology-driven industries, including SaaS, artificial intelligence, software, and consumer products. Tiantian also assists clients with intellectual property issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Orrick, Tiantian was an associate in the IP Transactions group at Ropes & Gray.
