Kelsey Tuohy is a Managing Associate in Orrick's Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution group based in Seattle.
Kelsey represents clients in complex commercial litigation and other high-stakes disputes. She has experience advising and representing clients across a range of industries in matters involving significant business, regulatory and technology-related issues. Her practice spans all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigations and discovery through trial.
Prior to joining Orrick, Kelsey was an associate at Susman Godfrey. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dale S. Fischer of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Kelsey earned her J.D., with honors, from the University of Chicago Law School, where she served as Executive Editor of the Chicago Journal of International Law. She is admitted to practice in Washington and California.
