Constance Boillot is an Infrastructure and Energy Of Counsel in Orrick's Paris office with a focus on public and administrative law. 

Constance is advising public and private entities (sponsors as well as lenders) on public infrastructure and building projects (in particular in the context of PPPs and concessions) in France and abroad, including for litigation matters.

She also has significant experience in the energy field, notably on renewable energy projects (biomass, wind, solar and hydro).

Her skills further extend to regulatory advice, in particular in the energy, the media and electronic communication industries.

Constance has been an attorney at Orrick between 2013 and 2018, before joining the project finance legal desk of Bouygues Construction for two years. She has been practicing again as an attorney with Orrick since 2021. 

Before joining Orrick in 2013, Constance was a legal intern at two other French law firms, and the national Legal department of Enedis (ex-ERDF).
