Wenlong represents sponsors, developers, lenders and tax equity investors, including banks, institutional investors, asset managers, private equity funds, and public and private companies. He advises clients on construction and term debt financings, private placements, refinancings, acquisition financings, tax equity transactions and mergers and acquisition across a variety of asset classes, including solar, wind and battery storage, as well as digital and core infrastructure such as data centers and toll roads. Wenlong's commercially minded and solutions-oriented approach regularly helps clients navigate increasingly sophisticated financing structures and multi-party negotiations toward a successful closing.
