When faced with thorny branding decisions or allegations of IP infringement, clients rely on Seth's counsel and ability to think creatively about their options. With a background in both litigation and IP prosecution, Seth understands -- and teaches his clients how to understand -- when and how to pursue an aggressive enforcement strategy.

Over the past decade, Seth has successfully secured registrations and resolved trademark and copyright disputes for dozens of clients in the aerospace, entertainment, software, technology, digital media, and retail industries. He has represented clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, in federal court, and in state court. He has also authored numerous widely read articles and newsletters covering various legal topics including intellectual property and sports law.

Seth is included in the 2024 edition of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for his exceptional work in Intellectual Property Law.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Seth served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force and an agroforestry volunteer in El Salvador in the U.S. Peace Corps.
