Heather is a strategic tax and securities advisor.

She supports companies and executives in the design, implementation and administration of:

  • Equity incentive plans and employee stock purchase plans,
  • Employment agreements and severance arrangements,
  • Change in control carve-out plans,
  • Employee benefit arrangements, and
  • Proxy statements, annual reporting and compensation disclosures

Heather also advises on issues that arise in a transactional context, including mergers and acquisitions, company financings and public listings.

Before law school, Heather taught high school students with autism and learning disabilities in inclusion classrooms.
