Kaleb focuses on engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and related transactions. He represents owners and developers on complex energy and infrastructure projects both domestically and around the world, ranging in value from $50 million to over $25 billion.
Kaleb has deep expertise drafting and negotiating EPC and related contracts across a full range of sectors, including liquefied natural gas (LNG), power (gas-fired, combined cycle), nuclear power (small modular reactors and large reactors), oil and gas, petrochemicals and renewables.
He is also at the forefront of emerging energy projects and has extensive experience with development of first-of-a-kind projects, including direct air capture (DAC), lithium extraction, blue and green ammonia, e-fuels and biofuels.
With his background in civil engineering, Kaleb brings a practical and hands-on approach to project development and regularly structures, drafts and negotiates the full range of construction-related agreements, including engineering, construction, EPC, EPCM, equipment supply, O&M and long-term service arrangements, as well as technology- and process-critical agreements such as technology license agreements, performance guarantees, and catalyst and specialty supply contracts.
