Catherine is an associate in Orrick’s New York office and a member of the Banking and Finance group. Catherine advises sponsors, borrowers and lenders on a wide range of finance and capital markets transactions, including leveraged buyouts, investment-grade debt, asset-based lending, and restructurings.
Prior to joining Orrick, Catherine was a Director and Counsel at American Express.
